COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION TOURISM MANAGERS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BEACH AS TOURISM OBJECT IN THE SOUTH TRAFFIC LANE OF PACITAN REGENCY YEAR 2017 (As the Diatomic Learning Enrichment Geography Material on Basic Competence 3.5 Analyzing the Population Dynamics in Indonesia for Development Planning Grade XI SMA/ MA). The purpose of this research is to know (1) The level of community participation in the development of tourism object at Pidakan Beach, Soge Beach, and Taman Beach in the south traffic lane (JLS) Pacitan Regency Year 2017; (2) The effort of government and conscious-tourism groups do to increase community participation in the development of tourism object at Pidakan Beach, Soge Beach, and Taman Beach in the south traffic lane (JLS) Pacitan Regency Year 2017; and (3) As the enrichment material on Basic Competence 3.5 Analyzing the Population Dynamics in Indonesia for Development Planning Grade XI SMA/ MA. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with case study approach. The population in this research was the community who directly involved in the development of tourism object at Pidakan Beach, Soge Beach, and Taman Beach in Pacitan Regency. The sample of this research was the government and the community who directly involved in tourism activity at Pidakan Beach, Soge Beach, and Taman Beach in Pacitan Regency. This research uses snowball sampling in a purposive sampling manner to choose the informants. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Validity test of the data were done by using triangulation technique. The data were analyzed by using participation levels according to Arnstein with interactive analysis model by Miles-Huberman. The results of this research are: (1) The level of community participation in the tourism object Pidakan Beach and Soge Beach categorized as high, whereas the level of community participation at Taman Beach categorized as moderate. This research found that the development of tourism with the level of participation of the delegation is better than level of placation. On the delegation of power has been the good interaction between stakeholders and communities have a major role in the development of tourism; (2) The effort done by the government base in socialization and skills training, while the effort done by conscious-tourism groups almost the same with the government did by socialization, skills training, and bring everyone to take part in a variety of program at the stage of planning, realization, monitoring and evaluation.
