THE EFFECT OF LECTURERS’ TEACHING SKILL AND LEARNING FACILITIES TOWARD STUDENTS’ LEARNING MOTIVATION AT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OF TEACHER TRAINING AND EDUCATION FACULTY OF SEBELAS MARET UNIVERSITY.Thesis. Surakarta: Teacher Training and Education Faculty of SebelasMaret University. 2017. This research is aimed to identify whether or not there are; 1) an effect of lecturers’ teaching skill toward students’ learning motivation at Administration Office Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University. 2) an effect of learning facilities toward students’ learning motivation at Administration Office Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University. 3) an effect oflecturers’ teaching skill and learning facilities toward students’ learning motivation at Administration Office Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University. This research used correlational quantitative descriptive method. the population consisting of 186 students at Administration Office Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University batch 2014, 2015, and 2016. The sample was taken by using Insidental Sampling technique for 127 students. The technique of collecting data used in the research was questionnaire and documentation. The technique of analyzing data used in the research was double linear regression technique which was assisted by SPPS 22.0 program. The result of the research showed that 1) there was significant influence of lecturers’ teaching skill toward students’ learning motivation at Administration Office Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University. 2) there was significant influence of learning facilities toward students’ learning motivation at Administration Office Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University. 3) there was significant influence of lecturers’ teaching skill and learning facilities toward students’ learning motivation at Administration Office Education Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University
