Factors Affecting the Users Acceptability of E-Government Service (Study of Electronic Billing System for Taxpayers in Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Surakarta). Thesis, Public Administration, Social and Political Sciences Faculty, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta, 2017. This research aims to analyze the factors that affects the acceptance system services e-billing for taxpayers in the KPP Pratama Surakarta by using the main variables of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. It involves the performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and the facilitating condition. This research is quantitative research that uses eksplanatif as the type of research. The method used is the method of survey using questionnaire as tool for data collection. The sample of the research are 40 taxpayers in KPP Pratama Surakarta with convinience sampling as the technique of determining the sample. Partial Least Square (PLS) method was employed to analyze the data by using software smartPLS3. The results of this research show that the performance expectancy and the social influence give positive effect of the use of the e-billing system. While effort expectancy and facilities conditions has no effect against the use of e-billing as a system of tax payments electronically. Keyword : E-Government, E-Billing, UTAU
