Using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) for the evaluation of eco-toxicity tests in the pot worm Enchytheus crypticus

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na přípravu a prvkovou analýzu rostlinných, živočišných tkání a gelů. V experimentální části práce je kladen důraz na postup přípravy vzorků kroužkovce Enchytraeus crypticus pro stanovení zinku pomocí spektroskopie laserem buzeného mikroplazmatu (LIBS). Ověření navržené metody bylo provedeno srovnáním výsledků LIBS s ED XRF spektrometrií.The thesis is focused on preparation and elemental analysis of plant and animal tissues and gels. In the experimental part of the thesis, the emphasis is placed on the preparation of pot worms samples for the determination of zinc by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS).
