RANCANG BANGUN MESIN PENGUPAS BAWANG (Desain Rangka)

The purpose of this final project is to design and make a framework of the onion peeler machine with motor system. The final project design included three step first is to design a framework of the onion peeler machine, second isto calculate and draw a framework of the onion peeler machine, third is to production and discusion a framework of the onion peeler machine. The dimension of the onion peeler machine 70 x 55 x 5 mm can peel 10kg onion for 5 minutes. From the analysis of the material we got the tensile stress maximum substance material is 370 N/mm² and value factor of safety 8. The result of manual calculating a framework is 8,2 N/mm² and the manual result is less than a permissible tensile stress 46,25 N/mm². So the framework of the onion peeler machine declared safe
