DETERMINAN MINAT PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI SISTEM KEUANGAN DESA (SISKEUDES) (Studi pada Pemerintah Desa di Kabupaten Ponorogo)

This study aims to examine factors that affect the intention to use of village fund information system (SISKEUDES). The research model used the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which add some construct is quality of human resources, social factors and from D&M success model of information system. Respondents in this research are village apparatus as operators ofSISKEUDES. Data was collected by using questionnaires. Sample method is total sampling producing 212 respondents. Method of analyze using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.6. The result indicates that quality of human resources and social factors influence the use of SISKEUDES. In addition, the quality of human resources affects the intention to use of SISKEUDES through system quality, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. In contrast, the information quality does not mediate the relationship between quality of human resources with the intention to use of SISKEUDES.
