GAMBARAN PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN RESIKO MENGGUNAKAN KIKEN YOCHI SHEET PADA PEKERJAAN SUB KONTRAKTOR DI PT DENSO INDONESIA SUNTER PLANT JAKARTA UTARA

ABSTRACT AN OVERVIEW OF RISK MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF WORK USING KIKEN YOCHI SHEET TO WORK OF SUB CONTRACTOR AT PT. DENSO INDONESIA SUNTER PLANT JAKARTA UTARA Lusiana Sadewi 1, Reni Wijayanti 2 Background : Find out the description of the risk management application of the safety and health of work using Kiken Yochi Sheet on work done by sub contractors. The enactment of the creation of Kiken Yochi Sheet and special work permits as an effort on the job accident prevention routine, non routine, and high risk categories of jobs. Job done sub contractors categorized non routine and high risk could compromise the safety of someone who works in it, so that prevention efforts needed to avoid accidents. Methods : This research was carried out by using a descriptive method. Data retrieval is done through observation and interview. Data analysis based on Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1970 about safety of work and the regulation of Minister of labour No.5/MEN/1996 about Guidelines Implementation of System Safety and Occupational Health. Result : PT.Denso Indonesia implement risk management methods Kiken Yochi Sheet with zero accidents target, so that sub contractor who work to avoid accidents. Summary : PT. Denso Indonesia has Implemented a risk management safety and health working team through the establishment of Kiken Yochi Sheet.Based on the analysis Undang-Undang No 1 tahun 1970 about safety of work and the regulation of the minister of labour No.5/MEN/1996 on Guidelines Implementation of System Safety and Occupational Health as well as using analysis of GDAS (Global Denso Anzen Standard).
