IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA BERDASARKAN OHSAS 18001:2007 DI PT.SASMITO GENERAL CONTRACTOR SURABAYA

IMPLEMENTATION OF SAFETY AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON OHSAS 18001: 2007 INPT.SASMITO GENERAL CONTRACTOR, SURABAYA Asthie Laras Rahayuningsih1, Yeremia Rante Ada’2 Background: Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) is a system of protection for workers and construction services to minimize and avoid the risk of moral damages as well as the safety of humans and the environment. The purpose of this research is to know the description of SMK3 application based on OHSAS. Methods: This type of observational research with descriptive method and provide a description of the document SMK3 in the implementation of OHSAS 18001: 2007.The scope of this study covers 150 points of clause 4 OHSAS 18001: 2007.The data source comes from direct interviews with HRD and GA Manager as well as company documentation. Data collection techniques used field observation, interview and literature study.Data analysis was done by comparing company data with OHSAS 18001: 2007. Results: The results showed that PT.Sasmito General Contractor, Surabaya has implemented 148 points of requirements of the overall 150 points of application requirements of SMK3 based on OHSAS 18001: 2007.There is 1 point requirement that is not yet suitable, that is clause 4.1 concerning general requirement and 1 point of unmet requirement that is clause 4.5.1 about monitoring examination and performance measurement. Conclusion: The Company has applied the standard OHSAS 18001: 2007 but 150 points 148 points only requirements are met and the corresponding requirements.The suggestion given is to divide the scope into 2 types in the project and non-project departments and request to the relevant parties about the procedures and data calibration tool.
