Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou jodových kontrastních látek. Byl vyvinut postup pro stanovení jodových kontrastních látek ve vodách pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie s ionizací v indukčně vázaném plazmatu s detekčním limitem pro 127I 0,28 ng/L. Tento postup byl aplikován pro analýzu vzorků ze sorpčních pokusů. Byl navržen experimentální plán zahrnující přehled vstupních chemikálií, strategii vlastního provedení práce, analytickou koncovku i způsob vyhodnocení sorpčních experimentů. Byla sledována sorpce kontrastních látek a jodidu draselného z vodného roztoku a ze syntetické moči na aktivní uhlí, huminové kyseliny a suchou biomasu zelené řasy Chlorella kessleri.
