Natural representation of carotenoids in Brazilian fruit

Tato práce je zaměřena na extrakci karotenoidů hexanem a ethylacetátem ve dvou druzích brazilského ovoce: Pequi a Ora pro nobis. V další fázi byla provedena optimalizace separace karotenoidů pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie ve spojení s hmotnostní spektrometrií (HPLC/MS). Jelikož přirozené složení karotenoidů v tomto ovoci nebylo dosud zkoumáno, byla cílem této práce byla snaha o identifikaci jednotlivých karotenoidů.This work is focused on the extraction of carotenoids with hexane and ethyl acetate in two types of Brazilian fruit: Pequi and Ora for nobis. The optimization of carotenoid separation by high performance liquid chromatography coupling with mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS) was performed in the next phase.
