Pengaruh Faktor Internal Perusahaan, Gross Domestic Product, dan Inflasi Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan

ABSTRACT INDAH NOOR ISLAMI NIM: S4311029 THE EFFECT OF BANK’S INTERNAL FACTOR, GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT, AND INFLATION ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE This study investigates the effect of bank’s internal factor, gross domestic product, and inflation, on financial performance. Internal factors are representated by capital adequacy, asset quality, management efficiency, liquidity, bank size, deposit to asset ratio, and net interest margin. Population of this study is banking industries in Indonesia. Sampel of this study are 27 banks in periode 2010-2014. The results show that internal factors consisting of capital adequacy, management efficiency, liquidity, bank size, deposit to asset, dan net interest margin, and also gross domestic product, significantly affects financial performance. On the other hand, asset quality and inflation do not affect. This study may contribute to help managers and investors to make an appropriate decision in banking industry.
