Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Teknik Two Stay Two Stray sebagai Upayta untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar dan Keterampilan Berdiskusi Siswa Kelas VIIC SMPN 1 Banyudono

This type of research is a classroom action researsch (PTK) that aimed to increase learning activity and discussing skill of the student. The subject of research is the student of class VIIC SMPN 1 Banyudono with the number of 34 students. The research consists in two cycles that each cycles divided into four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques that will be used is observation, interview, and documentation. The attemp that will be used by researcher is cooperative learning model Two Stay Two Stray technique. The result of research showed that the application of cooperative learning model Two Stay Two Stray technique is able to increase learning activity and discussing skill the student of class VIIC SMPN 1 Banyudono on Bahasa Indonesia subjects. It showed from the increase of learning activity and discussing skill of the student. Base on the research in cycle I, the stage student learning activity are 52,94% for observation result. The result is also increasing in cycle II become 85,29% base on observation result. Then for student discussing skill in cycle I initiall 47,06% experience increased of 41,17% become 88,23%.
