GAMBARAN PENERAPAN INSPEKSI K3L PADA PENGGUNAAN FORKLIFT DI AREA FINISHING PT. ISPAT INDO SIDOARJO JAWA TIMUR

ABSTRACT THE REPRESENTATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION HEALTH AND SAFETY ENVIRONMENT INSPECTION IN THE USAGE OF FORKLIFT IN THE FINISHING AREA PT. ISPAT INDO SIDOARJO, EAST JAVA. Komang Krisna Mahendra Putra 1, Seviana Rinawati 2 Background : The usage of forklift have some dangerous potential, one of the control effort by the administration control through health and safety environment inspection in PT. Ispat Indo Sidoarjo. Method : This study to did this report use descriptive method such as description (representation) of implementation health and safety environment inspection. Data collection about health and safety environment inspection was conducted through field observation, interview with the employee, and literature study. Result : The result of this study is dangerous potential of the usage of forklift that have been identified and control effort. One of the control effort with implemented health and safety environment inspection in the usage of forklift. From the inspection, the officer that implemented inpection is an officer of SHE department, schedule held every 3 months, it has been accordance with the applicable regulation. Nevertheless, the corrective action has not been implemented according to the field observation, it has not been accordance with the applicable regulation. Conclusion : The company has been implemented health and safety environment inspection in the usage of forklift, the officer do the schedule that has been accordace with the applicable regulation. Nevertheless, for the corrective action from the health and safety environment inspection has not been monitored, so it has not been accordance with the applicable regulation Keyword : Health and Safety Environment Inspection, Forklift 1.
