This thesis pertains to the virtual commissioning process executed for an Automatic machine, the E-contiuous for TELEROBOT to test the Controller Software of the said machine’s Motion controller. It also looks at how this virtual commissioning process and results affected the real machine, while focusing on the benefits of the particular platform used, and its ability to capture all necessary behavior of the real machine model into the virtual one. The process was divided into three main stages and then the model was passed through each stage to obtain the final model which was tested and results posted.
