Background and objectives Cardiovascular disease and heart failure are the most important reasons of mortality in society. thus, B-blockers are the most important drugs in treatment of patients with heart failure. regarding the useful effects of B-blockers in reducing the symptom of patients and the rate of mortality and complications, the effects of these drugs in patients with heart failure were compared.
