Introduction. Oral health promotion of elementary school students is a joint program of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education which has been adopted by them as an agreement for making a change in oral health in Iran. Within this program, some training, prevention, medical and research actions have been taken and are undergoing for the elementary school students. This paper presents the results of the first three years of the implementation of this program. Methods.
