This work deals with the comparative irrigation of an olive orchard with Treated Municipal Wastewater (TMW) and Fresh Water (FW). In particular, in a 0.5 acre rainfed field of olive groves in Laconia with olive trees over 15 years old, with no cultivation care in the previous years (except for mowing), a two-applications irrigation experiment was installed (TMW, FW) with six repetitions per application (a total of 66 trees per application). In these two years (2011, 2012) seven (7) and twelve (12) irrigation events took place respectively, using the same amount of water per olive tree.
