DOIAbstract
Post-State justice is a proposal for reforming the current judicial system by enhancing private sector's presence in the field of dispute resolution. State and private individuals competition in the market of judicial services will provide better interaction between law and the social environment, reduce transaction costs and deepen individual and collective autonomy.
