The present dissertation addresses the subject of mathematical modeling of free-radical polymerization processes. The study is mainly focused on the theoretical prediction of the dynamic evolution of the produced polymer properties, which extend on various size-levels and cover a wide range on the area of interest of a chemical engineer. Thus, via the implementation of numerical methods, both calculation procedures, of the size distribution of particles or droplets in a suspension process and of properties related to the microstructure of the polymer chains in a molecular level, are presented.
