The present PhD thesis aims to contribute to the development of a methodology regarding the proper modeling of glass-aluminium facades and their verification under wind and seismic loadings. Regarding seismic excitations, the methodology has been developed in two stops. At first, time-history accelerations were imposed to the main load-bearing structure. Then, the maximum drifts were compared to the provisions of the modern anti-seismic codes. Concerning wind loadings, the curtain-walls were verified according to the provisions of Eurocode-1, Canadian Code and ASCE7.
