With more high-intensity storms and above average precipitation amounts predicted for the region in the coming decades, storm water management will become a more significant issue in developing communities like Ramsey. Storm water management can be a particular challenge in neighborhoods that are already established and where there is little room to develop retention ponds or reroute storm water infrastructure.
