This is both a review of another publication, but an announcement of it's availability to the general public, especially those in the U.S. dairy industry. The publication was ""What Makes the Market for Dairy Products" made possible and available by the Information Department of the State College Station, Fargo, North Dakota. The bulletin discusses the characteristics, the consumption and demand for individual dairy products. It points out that producing those dairy products with high consumer demand would help generate funds for both maintenance and expansion of one's dairy operation. Other topics are covered as well in this publication
