Cass County (N.D.) Criminal Case Files, 1958-1970

The Cass County (N.D.) Criminal Case Files collection consist of court documents pertaining to criminal cases in Cass County from 1957 to 1970. The state of North Dakota or the city of Fargo is the plaintiff in all cases. The crimes include forgery, burglary, obtaining money by falls pretenses, embezzlement, aggravated assault, robbery, etc. Each case was assigned a unique number by the Court, and are arranged in roughly chronological order.
