The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of perceived organizational support, organizational justice and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in this study is all employees of Universitas Terbuka (UT) where employees are from UT head office, regional office in Bogor, Bandung, and Denpasar with a total of 190 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that perceived organizational support did not have a partial effect on employee performance, organizational justice, and organizational commitment had a partial effect on employee performance.
