The phenomenon of accounting information system has not been integrated well then the processing of the system is less timely, the effectiveness and efficiency of time is less for the company and also a mistake both in intentional or unintentional by employees. This can cause work to be interrupted and may affect employee performance. This author aims to determine the application of credit sales accounting information systems that include systems, networks and procedures applied at PT. Nagoya Surya Sejatera. In this study the authors used descriptive method and primary data in the form of interviews. The results of this study indicate that PT. Nagoya Surya Sejahtera using FINA Program there are 5 parts of the system that is sales order, delivery order, invoicing, customer receipt, sales invoicing and retun sales but the system has been used by the company there are 3 systems invoicing, customer receipt and sales return because it adjusts the existing needs In the company and accounting information system run very significant effect on employee performance and operational activities of the company to be more efficient and effective
