This study focuses on mediators of participating School-Community Partnerships, and intends to clarify how those people influence bonding social capital and bridging social capital accumulated on School-Support organization. Objects of this study are volunteer workers who engage themselves in School-Support volunteer activities; such as mathematical classes, career education and I had collected data from March/ 2016 to August/ 2018.
