International audienceI would like to inaugurate this chapter affirming that Psychopedagogy, despite being a field with many years of tradition, has been unable to solve the epistemological and methodological problem that crosses it. This translates into the absence of a construction and devices for the consolidation of an epistemology and theory, which allow understanding the authenticity of the nature of its knowledge, its theoretical structure and the uniqueness and specificity of its research method, capable of transform the training of its professionals and its investigative practices.
