Some pathogens or tumour cells escape the immune system because the immune cells misrecognize their surface peptides or proteins. Therapeutic approaches, promoting the recognition of these poorly immunogenic peptides or proteins are thus very attractive. The strategy is then to process directly peptides or proteins through cell presentating cells. To this end, some systems have been described, based on liposome or nanoparticles.
