Production of soybean seeds in a company in Correntina – BA

The present work was conceived with the purpose of studying the utilization of the fields of production and yield in the beneficiation of soybean seeds multiplied in an agricultural crop in the municipality of Correntina - BA. Initially, a survey of the company's production history was carried out for the period between the 2011/2012 and 2015/2016 harvests. In this survey, the production of seeds (40kg sacks), the number of registered fields (ha-1), volume of production received at the UBS (tons), information that helped to understand the evolution of the process up to the present moment. For the accomplishment of this study, the data of the crop 15/16 was collected, aiming the understanding of the different factors in search of the improvement of the dynamics of registration and use of fields, through the decision making from these data, for the harvests Future. For this, the following aspects were analyzed: seed yield (sack ha-1), field utilization rate, seed discard at reception (tons), processing yield (%), quality of the produced lots (%). The rate of utilization of fields in own areas was much higher in relation to the use of cooperative fields. The climatic factors were decisive and very impacting in all the results obtained in the harvest. The process of production and processing of soybean seeds in Ciaseeds presents regular efficiency, with use of 879 kg of seeds per registered hectare. The disposal indices in processing are, on average, less than 30%.Sem bolsaO presente trabalho foi idealizado com o intuito de estudar o aproveitamento dos campos de produção e o rendimento no beneficiamento das sementes de soja multiplicadas em uma safra agrícola no município de Correntina - BA. Inicialmente foi realizado um levantamento do histórico de produção da empresa, para período compreendido entre as safras de 2011/2012 e 2015/2016, neste levantamento levou-se em conta a produção de sementes (sacas de 40kg), a quantidade de campos inscritos (ha-1), volume de produção recebido na UBS (toneladas), informações que ajudaram a perceber a evolução do processo até o presente momento. Para a realização deste estudo, realizou-se o levantamento de dados da safra 15/16, objetivando o entendimento dos diferentes fatores em busca da melhoria da dinâmica de registro e aproveitamento de campos, através da tomada decisões a partir desses dados, para as safras futuras. Para tal, foram analisados os seguintes aspectos: a produtividade de sementes (sacas ha-1), índice de aproveitamento de campos, descarte de sementes na recepção (toneladas), rendimento de beneficiamento (%), qualidade dos lotes produzidos (%). O índice de aproveitamento de campos de áreas próprias foi bastante superior em relação ao aproveitamento dos campos de cooperantes. Os fatores climáticos foram decisivos e muito impactantes em todos os resultados obtidos na safra. O processo de produção e beneficiamento de sementes de soja na Ciaseeds apresenta eficiência regular, com aproveitamento de 879 kg de sementes por hectare inscrito.
