Refit of a double girder overhead crane

V diplomskem delu obravnavamo remont dvonosilčnega mostnega žerjava, ki se nahaja v elektro delavnici podjetja HTZ Velenje d.o.o.. Predstavljeni so tipi mostnih žerjavov, ki se uporabljajo v težjih delovnih procesih, stanje žerjava in njegovo delovanje pred remontom, cilji remonta, delovanje frekvenčnih pretvornikov, delovanje po remontu. Opisani so glavni deli žerjava in njegovega krmiljenja, ter postopek dela.In the diploma work we deal with the refit of a double girder overhead crane, that is located in the electrical workshop of the company HTZ Velenje d.o.o.. First we present the different types of overhead cranes that are used in heavy-duty work processes, the condition of the crane and how it operates before the refit, the intention of the refit, we describe how the frequency inverters work and how the crane operates after the refit. The main parts of the crane and its control are also described, as well as the working procedure of the refit
