Innovations and impacts from research are dependent on evolving alliances and new types of relationships among stakeholders in the research-for-development continuum involving science, business and society. International Agricultural Research Centers (IARCs) play an important role by fostering synergies, dynamic partnerships and working through open and critical self analysis while securing collective agreement amongst partners.
