Cajanus cajan cv. ICPL151, derived from the cross ICP6997 × Prabhat, was released in India in 1989 as Jagriti. It has a 100-seed weight of 10 g, with large creamy seeds, and matures in about 130 days. It outyielded the control cultivar UPAS120 by 11% in trials in Madhya Pradesh, producing 1.50 t/ha, and is also suitable for rotation with wheat in northern India
