The boundary shape dependence of Casimir force for deformed metal plates was studied by a path integral quantization of the electromagnetic field. An analytical result for the deformation induced change in Casimir energy was presented. For a fixed distance between the two parallel conducting plates, the corrections due to corrugation were found to strongly depend on the wavelength of the sinusoidally corrugated plate
