A novel Cryogenic Storage Ring CSR is under construction at the Max-Planck- Institut for Nuclear Physics in Heidelberg. Only electrostatic elements will be used in the injection beamlines, excluding the magnets for mass separation. Therefore nonrelativistic first order transport matrices were analytically calculated for an ideal deflector, an electrostatic quadrupole and the acceleration structures. There will be two ion sources, one operated at 300 kV and one at 60 kV respectively. Using a finite element calculation, the optical properties of a 90°-deflector with a hole, which is used to combine the beamlines coming from both sources, could be described by modifying the transport matrix of an ideal deflector.
