BackgroundRecent evidence suggests that moderate diet-induced weight loss reduces cardiometabolic risk in individuals who are "metabolically unhealthy normal weight" (MUH-NW). However, while weight management in people with obesity is well-studied, the relevant attitudes and behaviors in lean people are unknown.
