RESTITUCIÓN A LAS VICTIMAS DE DESPOJO DE TIERRAS. MORROA (SUCRE)

In Colombia, the severity of the armed conflict is latent and felt, in this sense, determining the effectiveness of the comprehensive reparation of Law 1448 of 2011 on the victims of dispossession of lands in the municipality of Morroa (Sucre), could be considered as a fundamental contribution to understanding how the State in charge of the National Government has spared no effort in order to restore its rights; Thus, this article is established as a starting point to put into discussion if part of the victims hit by the various conflicts between groups outside the law established in this municipality have been reinstated as one of the comprehensive reparation measures indicated in the aforementioned Law.En Colombia, la severidad del conflicto armado es latente y sentida, en este sentido, determinar la efectividad de la reparación integral de la Ley 1448 de 2011 sobre las víctimas de despojo de tierras en el municipio de Morroa (Sucre), podría considerarse como un aporte fundamental para entender como el Estado en cabeza del Gobierno Nacional ha escatimado esfuerzos para en cierta forma restablecer sus derechos; siendo así, este artículo se establece como un punto de partida al poner en discusión si parte de las víctimas azotadas por los diversos conflictos entre grupos al margen de la ley establecidos en este municipio han sido restituidas como una de las medidas de reparación integral señaladas en la mencionada Ley
