ANOTAÇÕES SOBRE GLOBALIZAÇÃO E O CONCEITO DE CONSTITUIÇÃO UMA REVISÃO DO DEBATE LASSALE VS HESSE

The Real Factors of Power were born in the work of Ferdinand Lassalle when he wrote about the Essence of the Constitutions. Thus, its imperative that the Constitution contemplate a concept of Globalization as a Real Factor of Power, since it inflects directly in the economic, politic and sociologic relations (cultural). Para a contemporaneidade a sistematização do objeto da ciência constitucional abraça tal ideia complementada por Konrad Hesse em sua proposta de força normativa das constituições, como o elo entre a Constituição Jurídica e a Constituição Real. Dessa forma, torna-se imperioso contemplar um conceito de constituição que tenha o processo de globalização como um fator real de poder, uma vez que interfere diretamente nas relações econômicas, políticas e sociológicas (culturais).
