Catador de Material Reciclável: Cidadania e o Direito Social à Previdência Especial

The object of this study is to analyze the elements that the recyclable material collector has to belong to particular social class insured. Use shall be bibliographical research with qualitative order to discuss the possibility of granting the benefit under consideration by the social security. Justified by the importance of the collector exercise profitable activity for the recycling industry and promote sound environmental quality. Thus, what is the legal relationship of recyclables collector with special social security? It can be assumed that no such benefits can generate disincentive to exercise this activity, therefore, decline in balanced environment.O objeto deste trabalho é analisar os elementos que o catador de material reciclável possui para pertencer à classe de segurado social especial. Utilizar-se-á de pesquisa bibliográfica com fim qualitativa para discutir a possibilidade de concessão do benefício em estudo por parte da previdência social. Justifica-se pela importância do catador exercer atividade rentável para a indústria de reciclagem e promover sadia qualidade ambiental. Dessa forma, qual a relação jurídica do catador de material reciclável com a seguridade social especial? Pode-se supor que a não concessão desse benefício poderá gerar desestímulo para exercer esta atividade, consequentemente, declínio no meio ambiente equilibrado
