A Educação Jurídica: Críticas da Contemporaneidade legal

This study reflects on the Legal Education, considering the criticism of contemporaneity. The reading of the sources referred the thought inferences about the teaching of law, the methodological approach and the didactic- pedagogic preparation, according to Associação Latino Americana de Metodologia do Ensino do Direito. Contributes to the continuity of academic debate in progress, it is a problem that concerns the professional higher education.Este estudo reflete sobre a Educação Jurídica, considerando as críticas da contemporaneidade.
