Subjects selected for this study were obese middle-aged women aged between 35 and 45 with a BMI of 25 to 30. The subjects were divided into three groups; obese group with no influence of gene mutation, β3 adrenergic receptor gene mutation group and group with two kinds of gene mutations including β3 adrenergic receptor (β3-Ar) and PPAR-γ.
