This study is for the effect of Recreation Dance on the Body Composition and the Blood Lipids of middle-aged women with obesity having 25 over BMI. The Recreation Exercise Program for selected targets had been proceeded for 12 weeks, 3 times in a week and for 50 minutes a day with increasing the intensity by wearing Polar on exercising. In stages, the intensity was at 50~55% HRmax from the first to forth weeks, 55~60% HRmax from the fifth to eighth weeks and 60~65% HRmax from the ninth to the twelfth weeks.
