The aims of this paper are classifying the types of error and the source of errors and describing the types of error and the source of errors made by the first grade student of SMK Muhammadiyah Delanggu in using conditional sentence, to describe the number of errors of conditional sentence type 1 in types of error and the sources of error. This research applied descriptive one and it was done in SMK Muhammadiyah Delanggu. The writer took first grade students (X AK1) as the subject of the study. In collecting the data, the writer used a test as an instrument. The test consists of 25 items.
