The book addresses Cultural Landscape understanding as driver for societal challenges, economic development, social inclusion, place assessment and conservation of heritage. The book will disseminate issues growing from the relation between conservation and emergencies and identifies analytical and descriptive tools with the aim of sharing knowledge already available and with the aim of generating new knowledge so that it can be transformed into skills, seismic culture and social resilience.
