AbstractWe consider the compressible (barotropic) Navier–Stokes system on time dependent domains, supplemented with slip boundary conditions. Our approach is based on penalization of the boundary behavior, viscosity, and the pressure in the weak formulation. Global-in-time weak solutions are obtained
