AbstractSince the incorporation of tyrosine kinase inhibitors into the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome–positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), the notion that all patients with “high-risk” ALL uniformly require allogeneic (allo) hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) has received increasing scrutiny.
