AbstractThe purpose of this research is to the relationship between Iranian pre-university students’ background variables and their awareness towards HIV, AIDS and to provide the preventive measures in this regard. The research was carried out in Toyserkan, a western city of Iran. The researcher has tried to compare and contrast the scientific achievements of different scholars in the field and to plan future programs and decision makings. The method of research being survey and sampling has been used for collecting data. All 295 pre-university students of Toyserkan city participated in this research.
