AbstractLigand-targeted liposomes have the potential to increase the therapeutic efficacy of antineoplastic agents. Recently, a combinatorial approach to the preparation of ligand-targeted liposomes has been developed, termed the post-insertion technique, which will facilitate the production of targeted liposomes.
