AbstractThe objective of this paper is to present the social inequalities in health faced by foreign migrant women in prostitution and the social exclusion of this group in the province of Almeria, Spain. Ethnographic research focused on participatory observation and discourse analysis of foreign migrant women in harm reduction and health promotion program of Doctors of the World, Almeria. Foreign migrant prostitute women have a higher risk of getting sick, given their living and working conditions, the health inequalities they face, the lack of social support networks and the difficulties they have to access the health and social services offered in the province
