AbstractWe report an unusual case of an isolated, large, thrombosed hypogastric artery aneurysm presenting as a voluminous pelvic mass with bilateral hydroureteronephrosis. The patient underwent successful surgical removal of the mass. Histology confirmed an aneurysm of the left hypogastric artery
