Abstract

The presence of melanoma tumor-specific antigens in Golden Syrian hamsters was demonstrated by the inhibition of macrophage migration in vitro. Cellular immune reactions occurred in animals immunized by inoculation with supernatants of melanoma homogenate. These reactions were seen in animals with or without tumor development
